A: None, we will be happy to provide our services in your home at no additional charge.
Q: Can all problems be repaird in my home?
A: We can repair most hardware or networking problems in your home. One thing to remember about virus removal, it is a process of multiple scans to fully remove these which does take time. In a worst case scenarion a scan can take 2 or 3 hours depending on the data and the drive size. If that has to be 2 or 3 times it can have a technician in your home all day. Sometimes, after an initial scan, it may be recommended that we take the unit to our lab to fully clean the system, and allow you the freedom to go about your day.
Q: Do you offer pick up and delivery of my computer?
A: Yes, we will gladly pick up you computer for repairs or upgrades, and return it when finished. We will even disconnect and reconnect all the accessories.
Q: I see all these ads that promise cheap and fast virus removal, do you offer that?
A: There is a lot of mis-conception surrounding virus removal. The bottom line is, most viruses and mal-ware root themselves deep into the computer. There really is no "quick" fix. Often times it takes several scans from different tools to fully remove a virus. These scans take time to complete as well. So quick and cheap usually result in those results.
Q: Will removing virus', mal-ware, and spyware speed up my computer?
A: The removal of these items will help performance, however, there may be other problems that could cause performance issues as well. Over time the heat that's caused by the flow of electricity can break down the circuits in your computers hardware, this can cause operating issues. The best thing to do is to have us clean up any spyware and then see what the performance is like before making a decision.
Q: Why shouldn't I go to a big box store and have a geek look at my computer?
A: From personal experience, we have seen more than a few computer issues that required only a fraction the owners were quoted by these stores. They make their money selling computers, so the estimates are usually more than a new computer on purpose. Not to mention, they will likely never see you again, there is no vested interest in building a relationship with their customers. Our goal is to be the go to company for you, your friends, relatives, and neighbors.
