Hi, My name is Mark Miller. I founded All About Computers to give the home user the ability to know who is actually working with them to solve their computer problems. After several friends and family members visited geeks from the big box store, they came to me for a second opinion. In most cases they were given estimates of several hundred dollars, of course they were encouraged to buy new computers from the store. In every case brought to me, I was able to repair the computers and in some cases with no parts being needed.
I decided that there had to be something better, what I found were shops that almost made it seem like they were doing me a favor to work on a computer. That's when the light went off. I knew that the customer was the life blood for any business, large or small, and to be treated like a number or a nuisance was never going work and it was not the way to treat the folks that keep you open. So that brings us to where we are (in a nut shell).
In the following pages you will be able to learn about some of the facts and fiction that some of these companies use to scare you into high priced repairs. On the other side of that, you will also be educated about these so called "experts" that can repair your computer in 30 minutes for $39. Both of these are typically false and misleading. We are here to do honest repairs for honest people in need. I live in the community, I take pride in being a local source that you can get to know and trust. Never again should you have to call for an update, only to be put on hold because "the guy working on your computer is out". You will have one point of contact, and you will receive updates without having to call.
So, let me say, my promise to you is, to provide you with the respect, care, and honesty you deserve. I don't want to make on big sale and never see you, I want to provide the service that builds a lifetime of trust for you, your family, your neighbors, and the entire community. Another promise I make, we offer in home service, if the repair requires us to bring your computer back to our lab, we will perform the pick-up and delivery at no charge, just like a home repair has no additional charges.
